Its been 3yrs 1dy my friend child died in my arms its since that time i hve been emotional ,its not like tht experience is haunting me .August i always gt emotional and i ws wondering why am emotional then i realized its the month the child died .

Oh my, what a terribly sad experience you've had - I'm so sorry. It's normal to have an anniversary response of grief when the season rolls around and there are reminders all around you. One year is not that long for the loss you've had. You may want to look for a grief support group or counselor if the feelings become overwhelming. You've been through a lot.

I meant to say that THREE years is not that long. It really isn't for such a painful experience. Hugs to you.
