Loss of appetite/diarrhea =|

So today my stoned feels empty. I ate earlier but only bc I had to for my meds. I would usually enjoy Thai food but it was not pleasant. My cousin's orders burgers and fries but I feel like I won't enjoy it either. Is this temporary? I hate that I have no appetite...

Right now I had about zero appitite. Nothng appeals to me and differently don't want to cook. Sometimes that happens to me. Think it's part of the anxiety in my PTSD. But I slept last night, so maybe that's a sign there will be a change.

If this is the fist time you have lost your appitite, I understand it could concern you. Make certain you are eating, and maybe something with extra protein in it like muscle milk...a protein drink you can pick up at a grocery store or health food store.

If you have lost weight or find yourself just not eating, perhaps a call to your doctor is in order. And just maybe everything is ok
