Anxiety

For the last 2 years I have been barely able to get out of bed except to go to doctor visits. I shake all the time and make a strange sound. It gets on my nerves. I have frequent panic attacks. I just can't stand this any longer. I am on pavilion and clonal in. Help me please

Are you on any meds or seeing a therapist. I understand the shaking. I always feel my insides shaking, it's the rush of adrenalin. I also have difficulty leaving the house except for doctor appointments. Just started therapy.

I also shake. You need to see a therapist/psychiatrist. Change won't happen overnight but when it does you'll be so happy!
