Thanks for the post and link. I can't jog because of back injuries but I ride bike for excercise. I use the podcast app and YouTube to listen to mindful meditations while excercising.
fyi - There are several therapeutic, motivational and inspirational tools on podcasts and YouTube. Use the search bar and biokmakrk them.

Also exercising produces feel good endorphins in the brain. That's why some people get hooked on it.
I've always heard exercising is good for depression and releases endorphins. I must be the exception to the rule because frankly it does nothing for me lol(would probably help if RA didn't make exercising very painful for me) . I do enjoy meditation and occasionally yoga. It makes perfect sense to me that some people would have great success with what is describe in the link.
