'm new here... Have been dealing with Anxiety and attacks for 16 years now and it just recently came back and pretty hard. Back on taking paxil been back on it for almost a month.. How long does it actually take to fully kick in?

Paxil and no effects after a month? Have you informed your doctor of this though?

Everybody is different. Some people notice the effects within 24 to 48 hours of taking the medication. The drug info indicates it may take up to 4 weeks, so if you have passed the 4 weeks mark, you should probably go see your doctor. I myself would have gone back to complain after just one week.
