Today i dont feel pretty ..i feel like everyone is whispering behind my back.. My self esteem is at a al time low right now.. Its altering my work day. Plus my newborn 3 month is home with a shitty baby sitter while his dad is in the SAME HOUSE AND IS NOT BEING INVOLVED BUT IS SLEEP.. SMH IM SPINNING ..ADVICE ME PLZ

Aw I'm sorry you feel this way, but it may help to know we all go through it! I'm sure everyone feels un-pretty at times (I've been there. Like once a week minimum. Actually, no, maybe every day) and it will pass! Just keep telling yourself that. This feeling will pass. And I'm sure you are very pretty anyways, we never really see ourselves the way others see us and it is a shame.
