It sure sounds like anxiety. The fact that you are anxious for it to end will almost always mean it's anxiety.
Have you seen a physician for your symptoms yet?
Relax and take a few calm breaths. The physical problems may have some reason behind them or they may not. Different tests can determine if this is true or not and could certainly be anxiety.
