how is it when I remember and talk about past events it makes me cry. Talking with my kids about things I used to do with my parents ir friends make me want to cry. I don't understand, plz any insite?

I think that is a normal reaction to sharing your good memories of time spent with friends and family, undoubtedly a mixture of joy and sadness as you reflect on the positive moments spent with those you loved who are no longer present in your life.

I talk with them pretty much everyday, so that is what baffles me

Maybe you could invite your parents and/or friends to get together and do some of the things you used to do together or even try something new.
