Separation Anxiety

I have a great marriage, 2 healthy kids and a decent job. I get terrible anxiety when I go to work. Maybe its separation anxiety. Maybe its work. Trying to work on my gratitude but very depressed.

I completely understand you - I feel the same and it's been tricky to pinpoint the why. I'm trying slowly to make all the environments I have to be each day feel like a comfort zone and I hope gets better for you.
