Help with numb feet.

I am having trouble with the lack of sensation in my feet. I just wondered if anybody had any tips for improving it?

Join the club.

Get some blood flowing, exercise (if you can). Stretch, bend your feet back with your hands.

4-Aminopyridine gives me a lot of sensation as well.

I find my numbness/spasticity/spasms come and go.

Thank you for replying. I am lucky that I don’t have much spasticity numbness is my main problem as it makes walking difficult. I will take your advice and see what happens.

It's a daily battle.

I never stop stretching. Booze really amps up my numbness.

I like wearing a plantar fasciitis splint.

Just curious if anyone has tried Lion’s Mane mushroom supplements? I just started so I don’t have anything to report yet. But it is supposed to be helpful for neuropathy and possibly even regenerating nerve connections along with decreasing inflammation and other benefits that might help us? I take everything with a lot of skepticism but the mouse and rat studies look good anyway! Squeak squeak!
