Constipation/Nausea

Was discussing everything with my doctor as normal and she wondered if the constipation could be likened/considered to be IBS. She said that IBS is essentially the brain-gut interaction being disrupted. Has anyone else had this brought up? And does your constipation cause you to be nauseous also?

No nausea but I was diagnosed with IBS prior to my AMN diagnosis and I believe this was a blanketed diagnosis since there was no specific cause or treatment.

I've had IBS for decades. Whether that caused my constipation, or the other way around, who knows?

Feeling nauseated is a part of AMN, so I read a while back. Mostly, constipation gives me a headache. Headaches have been my constant companion since I was a kid.
