I wanted to ask if anyone has any experience taking LDN. I believe I remember monkeybus taking it a couple years ago, but never heard any results. This is the next thing my doctors want me to trial for neuropathic pain. I've read that it may have some benefits for fatigue, as well, which would be awesome. As usual, I'm not getting my hopes up too much, but we'll see.
It has to be made at a compounding pharmacy, so that makes it more costly, and I'm not sure yet if my insurance will cover any portion of the cost. If you have done this, what has your experience been? Thank you, and Merry Christmas!

Great minds think alike. I got onto the Low Dose Naltrexone around the same time I discovered Modafinil and 4-AP. I was getting so many benefits from the Modafinil and 4-AP that I sidelined the LDN.
I got the LDN from mod4all one time, then never bothered again. I didn't really pay attention to whether it was worth it or not.
I think it was in November, I emailed mod4all (they don't have LDN on the site anymore) and they still have it. I bought some more, but I still haven't started on it yet (I was waiting on my MRI result. Big panic in my head).
I plan to start again around new year, I am going to take it very seriously this time.
LDN is cheap, it is in use fore all kinds of diseases/conditions, etc. I think it has to be worth a try.
Low dose, but there are different doses. Aaron98, what's your thoughts on this? I am in a very positive, active mode at the moment. I'll rule nothing out.
Low-dose naltrexone (LDN) has reduced both my pain and fatigue. I get 50mg naltrexone pills, than get it compounded into 4.5mg doses. I've been doing this a few years with volumetric dosing. 50ml of distilled water with a 50mg tab of Naltrexone. Dose 3.5mg (3.5ml) with an oral syringe at night pre-bed.
LDN is made a huge difference to me. I was at the point of giving up work but on LDN I’m able to keep working. Initially I had a few nights of disturbed sleep but now no side effects except the good ones! 😊
