I am 61 too and my knees hurt bad. I'v had this for almost 32 years. the last 6 have been the worst. My mother is 81 and she still gets around pretty good. She does have joint pain too. I started taking Easy Flex from 1MD and many other supplements. Not sure if the easy flex is helping but I haven't been on it very long. Hoping it helps some. I know what your feeling and I pray for all of us suffering with this terrible disease. Pat

I get pains in my knuckles, something I can deal with by stretching my arms with my fingers splayed. Doesn't recall compete with painful knees, but it hurts like hell.
