Does anyone with experience with cerebral amn have any tips or knowledge on how to communicate with someone who's lost their speech and vision? It is harder every day to communicate.

We made a board with different items that have different feelings to represent different things. We could hand them back and forth to communicate.
It was tough but better than nothing... we had hearing loss as well.
