Another diet article, again, nothing to do with our disease.

This is about miracle cancer diets. It mentions the ketogenic diet. Interesting stuff.

I'll stick with chemicals for now, at least they work. But since I was diagnosed I've never eaten any healthier. Pretty dull, my diet. Breakfast/lunch/dinner, and that's it. No snacks. No booze anymore either.

If we did have a special diet, I'd be sticking to it religiously.

C'est la vie.

Hello magnolia209, here we go.

Breakfast, cereal and a banana.

Lunch, sandwiches.

Dinner, my wife usually cooks fish. She likes fish. I don't.

I take 4-ap-3-meoh and Modafinil, Lyrica for the spasms as well.

Healthier diet than all of my friends. Easy on the sugar, low fat, try to avoid trans-fat. Plenty of fish/veg. Low cholesterol as well.

I feel (from experience) that the ketogenic diet for adrenomyeloneuropathy and many other conditions is far superior.

Grain carbs cause inflammation. Eliminating them from your diet and training your body to burn fat (ketosis) instead of sugar for energy can help to heal.

Read the Wahls protocol. She healed her MS with thIs diet.

@bluejadewho, I'm 100% with you on the inflammation.

So much evidence that the VLCFA cause inflammation, makes sense to be kind to your body.

I love bread and pasta, though. All that white flour. I bake bread every day as well.

I take Tumeric every day, draxe.com/turmeric-benefits/

Fantastic anti-inflammatory. Really works. Right now I have a painful varicose vein in my thigh. The Tumeric really eases the pain. I've posted about Tumeric before. Proven to ward off Alzheimer's, just look at India and Okinawa. Likely other factors at play as well.

And the other anti-oxidants, Vitamin C, ALCAR, Q10, ALA, and so on.

Ease your inflammation, folks. Is grain really that bad?
