it has been a amazing year since I found out I had fibromyalgia, vitamin d deficient and depression, but I continue to go from strength to strength, setting up my own business so I can work around my illness and have continued to study at college, my pain relief is at a all time low, after a very hard few years it is a amazing feeling being in control of my life and illness, and wish all suffers never give up and fight on

Hello Lynn_
What a truly inspiring post! It is a personal experience about how chronic illness can be managed and life can be adjusted to continue to live your life the best way you can despite the issues you've faced. It often does take time and the journey can be longer for others or indeed have more ups & downs or obstacles but eventually most of us find a way to work around these.
I hope this continue to improve for you x
All the best
Emma
