I know it another med but I take citilopram and that is really good for anxiety, I found reiki very good, it always going to be tough you are grieving and it takes time, it gets less & less as time passes from someone who is 3.5 years now without my dad, not saying you forget just less panicky, good luck be kind to yourself.

Welcome to the AFMCG Community Trogengirl ! :)

So sorry to hear you've recently lost your father, I understand how it feels as my father died in 2011 and I still miss him so much. I have also experienced Anxiety attacks and I can truly empathise with you as it is a most distressing feeling.

Have you spoken to your GP about the way you are feeling? S/he may be able to help provide something to ease the feeling of anxiety as well as offer other ways to try to control it.

Here are some links to organisations that may be of help

Hello Trogengirl, may I suggest some psychotherapy that is specifically tailored to meet your needs. I offer a free consultation. Anxiety can be relieved.

Free consultation? Does that mean you have other products and services that you offer at a cost?

Hello Trogengirl, I am a psychotherapist. Anxiety is a natural reaction to bereavement and consequently therapy would most likely assist you with your symptoms.
