Fibromyalgia and spine deformity ,Ibs

I'm p.nagakumar ,34 from India, New to this group, I have been diagnosed as fibromyalgia before that I went multiple hospitals for neck, shoulder blade, elbow pain, and IBS. After dinner many MRI, CT scans, finally based on symtoms they diagnosed it was fibromyalgia, along with degenarative disc disease, loss of cervical lordosis, early symtoms of arthritis.At first they prescribed me pregabalin and coral calcium vitamin d3 tablets.after some months it's not working. Since 4 years I suffering chronic pain , unable to do physical activities my self dependent on my wife. It's very hard for me to maintain relation ship with my partner because of my condition. Always pain , fatigue , some times sharp pain. Even bathing also painful for my shoulders. I done physiotherapy multiple sessions , chiropractic also.they suggest some exercise very light . First 2 days it was little improvement afterwards muscle spasms on my neck and spine...Again I have to physiotherapist to clear spasms. It becomes my routine , if I do any physical activity little hard spasms formed.pain is always there for me... My relatives and friends don't understand my condition. They even said you had nothing. But I know what I feel. I also tried muscle relaxants , anti depressants not much affective but after taking long time my I had ulcers , easophagitis , fundal gastritis. Any one from India in this group. In my country fibromyalgia is not considered as Disability. 4 years ago I worked daily 14 hours now I'm almost feels like retired, it's very painful to do my own house hold things. Lifting small objects also causes Lou of pain. Is there any way to get back my normal life. I read lost of articles about fibro. I found that still research is going on. Need tips to improve my condition. I still trying me things for betterment but not working. I avoided dairy , gluten-free foods. Any community you know from India to support for my medical condition. Thanking you. If I do tell all my problems but it become a novel. Some times I think how funny life changes. In reality I'm in complete depression with out job , kitty of pending bills. Really don't know what to do. I need tips to get healthy again I mean not completely atleast I want to do some small job. I know it was not easy thing but I have to take care of my family. The was no response from many organisations I requested for medical supplies no one responded. Only true friends helping me for medicine. But I don't know how long I can dependent on them. They to tired of helping me . I went nearly 10 hospitals consult neruologist, orthopaedicians, general physicians. No use. I just praying to God to improve my condition.

I have found pregabalin works really well for me but we're all different. I was on gabapentin, maybe you could try that? I don't live in India so I have no answers on that, maybe move to England? (jk) Sorry, I really feel for you.

Thanks for response , I tried pre gabalin it works well for some months after that no difference.im having pain just pain... If I do any physical activity my pain gets worse

I've just got back from my Daughter's house, my Husband was helping with some work and I just looked after my 2 yr old Grandson and put a bit of washing on and I hurt, so I feel your pain - in terms of what I used to able to do I did nothing, and yet I feel so bad

Sorry to hear your problems you are experiencing, unfortunately everything you describe is what most of us suffer, most of us used to have careers/ jobs, sadly this disease robs you of what you used to be & this becomes your new normal, I take pregablin & it helps for sure, I also use Ashwandgha as it is an anti inflammatory it does help. I sorry I can’t help you more, but you are not alone & there is someone to rant too on here, we all been there. Hope life improves for you, keep fighting. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Once I lived happily after everything changes must pain full thing is even my life partner, brother also not recognising my pain. That hurts me lot. I feels like there is no way to live any more. But I trust on God he is the ultimate curer. Waiting for that miracle. Pray for me. Thanks for response. I'm unable to lift my kids that frustrating me. Even small work in dependent on attendant. They treating me cheaply it kills me internally. Literally I'm living as a machine waiting for God to take him. If admin delete this post I don't know. But I what I tell my problem. What I have to do I don't know. My future is blank. Daily struggling for food and meds. Out was fate are my sons I don't know how long can I suffer. I'm just middle class family. My mom and dad dude long ago I hard worked and develop my self. Now it stops need completely. Now I'm almost helpless. His many days friends have shelter I don't know. I'm daily afraid of my life when they will throw me out. Any medical support from you know help me. I still positive I want to become normal I want to prove I'm worthless. I know it was impossible but only trust on God he can show me the path. Pray for me

Hi Nagavishu Sorry to hear you are suffering, I have also have fibromyalgia osteoarthritis and straightening of my cervical lordis, so prone to pain, ( other health issues)

I find going to sauna and steam rooms help with of the pain I also use cbd, hemp ointments and thc tea, please research thc small amount before bed can help with a good nights sleep alternatively you can try to find a organic supplier of ointment in your country.. I try my hardest not to take pharmaceutical medications as my stomach is extremely sensitive.

also spending time together laughing telling stories and board games will give you all happy memories ..
