I have not read of any contradictions between vitamins and the meds you list but ask your GP.
My recommendation would be to ask your GP for blood test to determine any deficiencies and consult with your GP with the need for vitamins. Personal opinion, take the public advertising for multivitamins with a grain of salt and consult with your GP.
That said, Vitamin D and Magnesium supplements are sometimes recommended. And perhaps others I am not familiar with.
I've always taken a multivitamin, especially in the winter. Also magnesium taurate and CQ10. Butmention this as advised to your doctor if you are worried.
I’ve been on Bisoprolol plus many other medications for many years, I’ve also taken multivitamins & minerals. Then 2 years ago I was put on Apixaban - was told I was still fine to take Vit & Min but, had to stop using high strength Omega 3 fish oil capsules (ok to still eat the fish itself that contain these oils) but they increase the thinning of the blood so risk bleeding if both tablets used at same time. Hope that helps
Hi, I take apixaban, bisoprolol , Flecainide and continue to take multivitamins daily without any adverse effects.
I'm been on 60mgs of edoxaban and 2.5mgs of bisoproloI for several years, and take a wide range of vitamins and minerals daily, but avoid those with anticoagulant effects, with no problems so far.
