For those of you in the U.K., which CO Q10 brand of supplement does any one take?

And what, if any, difference has it made?

Thank you.

I take Bioglan Statguard, which include CO Q10, magnesium & B12. All of which are good for heart health. They are also suitable & good to take alongside statins. They are taken 1 a day. I buy mine from Amazon, a little cheaper at 18.99 for 30 tabs, as opposed to £21.99 from Boots. Whether they work or are placebo effect, they seem to keep me stable 🤞.

I only buy from reputable (after research) suppliers; for CoQ10 I use Lamberts Healthcare.

I know I’m a few days behind the curve here, but could I ask what dose you take please?

That will depend on your existing level. I had a blood test for both Red Cell magnesium and CoQ10. Both were low so I started on 200mgs CoQ10 but a test in 6 months showed I was over the top recommended range figure so I found 100mgs at weekends and 200mgs weekdays kept me at the right level. I would recommend testing every year. We are all different but I found at just 100mgs each day my level soon dipped down the recommended range. BW.

Ah thanks so much. I hadn’t appreciated it was prescriptive person to person or that you could get a blood test.
