I take Holland and Barrett's timed release vitamin C with rose hips at 500mg. I'm in constant AF, have been for around 3 years. My heart rate is between 60-90 and I feel fairly well.
I also take magnesium glycinate alongside taurine.

Thank you jeanjeannie50, much appreciated. There are so many different ones but I guess Holland & Barratt have the name. Do you find taking those supplements help you with cutting down the episodes of AF. I have had PAF for 7 years but it has got worse over this last year and I`m having fainting do`s when I go back into normal rhythm. I take Metoprolol and Apixaban for my medication and have seen the Cardiologist twice, prescribed Flecainide and Sotalol but both made me worse. Interesting to hear how other people cope. Would like to know if the Vitamin C helps you cope.
Regards
I take a range of vitamins Q10 - 100mg, Magnesium Glycinate 80mg, Taurine 500mg, Vitamin C 500mg, B complex which I alternate daily with B12, K2spray and also D spray 3,000iu. Too many really, will be cutting out Zinc15mg soon as I think I get enough from pumpkin seeds that are part of my breakfast

Hi, I started taking 1000 mg timed release Vit C some months ago when I watched a YouTube video by Dr. Sanjay Gupta from York Cardiology about the benefits it provided for afib patients.
Ever since then my afib episodes have definitely become less frequent and hopefully will be few and far between with time. I must have been on it for about 9 months. It’s in capsule form by Vitahealth. However, since I’m in south east Asia, this brand might not be available to you, but I don’t think that would matter much as they’re all the same.
Good luck, take care.
