Has anyone's energy level been down since their procedure? It has been about 7/12 months after cryo and I just have no pep at all. It is getting warm here and to be in the heat makes it worse.

Cryoablation
I know what you mean though I wouldn't characterize my condition as severe as yours.
It's been nearly two months since my ablation. I'm still on several heart rate and rhythm meds as well as Pradaxa for anticoagulation. Last week the electrophysiologist gave me permission to go back to the gym and see what I could do.
I've spent the last four mornings at the gym. Even though I'm using weights 20 to 40% lighter than I did before the ablation, the workouts exhaust me such that I'm nearly useless the rest of the day. With this as a starting point I'm hoping to push myself back to my pre-ablation strength and energy level.
I had a cryo ablation in June last year. I came off all medication in Feb and just the other day was thinking how well I feel. Are you on any medication that could be causing your condition?
I’m only 6 weeks post ablation and was hoping my fatigue would be long gone by now but as Bob says listen to your body and just take your time. We will get it back eventually. What frustrates me is how people look at you and think nothing is wrong even though you feel so exhausted inside.
I was a very fit 56 year old and even at nine months after cryo I wasn't back to 100 percent. At which point I had more Afib and then my second ablation 11 months after first. Recovery even slower after that and then had a third 8.5 months later!!!!Some of us just slow healers. Just eat well, sleep well, exercise but not too much so as you are left tired and keep hydrated and try not to worry (easier said than done!)!
How were things after your 3rd ablation? Has it done the trick?

I was just about to kick off with “I know what you mean..”, then saw Bob’s softly softly advise. I know I’m only a few weeks post Cryoblation, but so easy to push my luck…need to make sure I have a rest day after exercise…..
I'm 3 weeks post cryo-ablation for PAF. Groin now healed and bruise nearly gone. I have been able to cycle lightly and do a few hours fishing but my rhr has gone up from low 60's to high 80s/low 90s.
I did read this was all normal, but 30 BPM increase worries me a tad...
