Racing heart due Covid vaccine

Hellow everybody, I had my first dose of astrazeneca 3 month back and I suffered AF with pulse upto 120 with irregularity and missing. I had to go ICU for two days and after 10 days my heart beat returned to normal. The Doctor gave me some injection and some medicine like pradaxa 110 mg and concor 2.5 mg as morning and evening. Again 10 days back I took 2nd dose, but since the astrazeneca was not available so I was provided with pfizer stating it has no side affect. But I took the doze in the morning 9 o clock and in the evening around 4 o clock my heart starting racing and missing again. I proceeded to cardiologist and my ECG was done. It indicated my heart 108 with missing beats. This time doctor did not send me to ICU but asked me to continue medicine as above. I still have the same missing and irregular beat and its 11th day of 2nd dose. Can anyone provide valuable guidance to restore heart beat to normal. Thanks indeed

I’ve also suffered severe onset of AF since AZ vaccine as high as 172 bpm it’s just not nice. And I was all nicely settled too before that.

I hope you get sorted and settled too it’s an ongoing battle but we will fight on through

I’ve been in constant af since my 1st vaccination back in April and am now taking Amiodarone before I have a cardioversion sometime in August hopefully. Feeling really tired and depressed.

Hope you get sorted soon, at least you have a cardiologist, which I haven’t.
