2 weeks out from PVI ablation all good!

Fatigue and aggravated RTKR only issues.

1 st week echocardiogram results very good, pacemaker read out very good.

Have been able to slowly increase daily activities, am fully mobile sitting here relaxing in the afternoon breeze after spending a day on my boat at the beautiful South Coast of NSW.

Monday this week I really hit the wall and was wondering whether I would ever get better, spent the day in bed then bounced out of bed on Tuesday morning as if nothing had happened.

Yes the listening to your body, and adjusting activities according really makes a difference.

Might now retire inside for quiet ale.

All the best Geoff!

Slow and Steady does it. Keep listening to your body as it knows much better than your mind.

Go well.
