I am progressing day by day.No disturbing symptoms, just occasionally a twinge heartwise, still a bit tired but not as much as last week. No AF just a slight wobble a few times.
Went into garden and dead headed some roses on Thursday that was a small step forward and enjoyable.
Friday had lunch at my daughter on laws (it was her birthday) she is from Thailand and made us a wonderful Thai meal.
My husband is still doing most household chores without even being asked,so I am lucky and do appreciate it.
Going to have a quiet day today and do some reading and play some scramble online on"Words with Friends".
Nearly forgot to mention phrenic nerve damage (so it can't be to bad )still trouble going upstairs and laying down but it's early days.
Will post again to let you know how I progress.

Pleased to hear things are progressing well. Enjoy being looked after by hubby and you will soon be up the strength again. Take things slowly, no marathons for a while!!
I'm so pleased to hear that you are gradually feeling better Jane. It really sounds like you are on the way up now. Hope your phrenic nerve continues to get better too.
I love dead heading roses, though doing so brings back memories to the day when I was doing it in the front garden and a policeman came and asked for me by name. I could think of no reason why he would need to speak to me so didn't immediately feel anxious. The outcome was my fourteen year old daughter and her friend had been with the son of a publican and they had drank themselves silly while his dad was out. Both had been found collapsed in the street and taken to hospital! When we got to the hospital my gentle timid daughter was unrecognisable personality wise. That night my ex husband slept by her bed as we were worried she would vomit, but next day she was completely fine, no hangover just back to normal. Who'd think deadheading roses would hold that memory!
I just passed the 3 month mark post ablation. There were times during the first 4 to 6 weeks when I questioned whether I had made the right decision, but I am now off of my propafenone and feeling good, pretty much back to normal, with a few ectopic beats now and then, which are becoming less and less frequent. I am resuming my pre-ablation exercise routine and am feeling very optimistic that my procedure was a success. Good luck on your recovery. No need to rush things, be smart and give your heart a chance to heal.
Do you mind me asking what exercise routine you do.....I am not really sure what is okay to do as I've been told that I should not do any high intensity training....does that include exercise classes such as body pump for example?
Well, I primarily do weight training. I started as a teenager and still train at age 59. I also do some bike riding. I tried to start back with light weight training at 4 weeks post ablation, (and was fussed at severely by my wife), but it was too soon, so I backed off and started up at low intensity after about 7 weeks. I would only recommend light exercise (whatever your preference) for the first 3 months based on my experience. Starting too soon caused me to have some rather persistent PVC's for about a week. Not smart. But all seems well at this point, and I have been stepping up the intensity recently, now that I just passed 13 weeks.
