Hello friends,
Is it better to take magnesium taurate than magnesium glycinate for afib? Or is it trial and error to see what works best?

I think it's trial and error. Magnesium citrate made my stomach sore and I now take the glycinate capsules mid breakfast. These were recommend to me by someone on here, they're made by Your Supplements and I buy them online. I feel they help and my heart is usually fine these days.
Have you watched York Cardiology Dr Sanjay Gupta's YouTube presentation on magnesium?

Hello if you type in Magnesium in the search box top right hand corner there are lots of posts on Magnesium
I think it’s trial and error.? As I started myself on magnesium oxide and am doing very well so far. Then I later read that oxide isn’t the best one to take at all because it’s not absorbed well into the system.!!!!!
I like glycinate and taurate but am using glycinate because its cheaper.
