Magnesium?

Hi all, which Magnesium is best to take?

Any thoughts?

If you type magnesium in the search box at the top right hand side of the page you will find loads of posts recent and old talking about magnesium. In fact this question was asked just a few days ago too.

I take Magnesium Taurate as recommended by Dr Gupta on his utube tutorial

Thanks Von, it's funny when I mentioned Taurine to the cardio he said that it is a stimulants, but I am not sure it is? Even though it is added to energy drinks.

I'm told that the small amount of taurine in magnesium taurate helps with absorption of the magnesium itself.

Before I commenced I asked my local pharmist who knows my medical condition and medication I'm on well and he said it was safe to take it I have had no ill effects

I think the correct answer is that it depends on your circumstances and also the type of supplement you take. Basically I would recommend getting checked for mg deficiency and then get a recommendation from. A doctor or natural path as to type and dosage if required.
