IBS-D AND SVT

Hi everyone. I have IBS-D with SVT. I've just been able to connect them since going through menopause. I've been taking 25mg Atenolol since 2011 which has helped greatly with the SVT. I am now on Premarin cream which helps with elasticity of the colon when I have IBS-D episodes. At this point I cannot eat any raw vegetables and have other dietary restrictions trying to control the IBS. I feel like I'm eating the worst kid diet ever but it works. Any fiber irritates my intestines. I have an appointment with the Gastro Doc soon, I hope they listen to me. The last time I went to one they were passing out Meta Mucil bars in the waiting room. I gave mine to my husband. I started taking Singulaire for allergies and it actually helps due to the fact that it calms mucous membranes but it is not prescribed for IBS. I found out that Cilantro is an extreme irritant for me and I'm still paying for it. Any tips on soothing natural remedies would help. Thanks.

I can't help but you have my sympathy; my daughter suffers from IBS which was later linked to the endometriosis she was later diagnosed with. She hasn't found the answer yet.

I think it’s all connected. I had endometriosis as well. Now it’s gone due to menopause.
