Once again Jean a winner. Not going to compete this year.
Haha, very cute and sad too, as I woke up this morning after a meal of Nachos and chocolate peanut butter biscuits, Afib when I woke, but 6 hrs later all good, lots of water, short walk, plain yogurt almonds and banana, listening to heartbeat sound and slow deep breathing and I'm good.
Taking smaller less salty and sugary meals this holiday
I don't like Afib, Eat sensibly everyone and Merry Christmas and Happy Healthier New Year!
I love it. Laughed out loud. Thank you. Happy Christmas everyone.
Heart all over the place but it could be worse. Still a bit of cooking to do in preparation but getting there. Hope you all enjoy yourselves and Carpe Diem.
Have told my βchildrenβ not to give me presents this year cos I have everything that I need (I suspect they will ignore me) but your song reminds me how wise I was to say that!
Thank you it was wonderful. Had 14 family here with lots staying. It all went very well indeed and all those weeks of preparation were worth it. Back on bp pills and a/f of course but what else could I expect? Lots of lovely turkey and duck soup and no more cooking for a few days at least - just endless washing of sheets and towels.
Well done, Jeanjeanie. Hope you and all had a good afib-free Christmas. Posted this earlier, but sorry It's a bit late for your request (though I suppose it's still only the 3rd Day of 3Christmas - cue for another song?!)
