I wrote this song after a post submitted by someone on the forum who said they'd heard that plum wine was good for us and our hearts.

We three things of AF are

Abnormal beats, tiredness and scar

Feel uncertain, but it's not a hurtin'

She starts this every year Ailsa and this is probably the best yet. I normally join in but been distracted by having all my corridor walls and ceiling re plastered and clearing up afterwards.

All my windows they do run

With water clear and streaming

Now my Karcher will not work

The battery it is steaming.

(The next word is very rude and repeated ten times) my house is bloody freezing.

Its dryng out well thanks. First days work all good so only yesterday to dry. No more wall paper now so very happy. ( we took off two painted papers) Last area to update so once painted I can relax for ten minutes before Sam comes up with the next five year plan.

Come on then, share one with us please. A good tip If you think which Christmas song you could change to make it re AF. Go on YouYube and search for the lyrics. Copy and paste, then change it so it refers to AF.

Anyway must get a Pacemaker on, I AV an appointment with the HR Dept - got to get to Heart of the matter before they make a newer Cardio-version of it. Yes, my arrangement. It's fairly easy, think of a first AF line then copy the Christmas lyrics from YouTube and then change.
