Just a quick catch up

Hope all my friends and others are well

I'm now back in work full time Have done two weeks cover back in my senior role

I'm gradually reducing my steroids to see how my polymyalgia rheumatica goes Failed my application for PIPS but hey that's life

My PAF has been good just off little flutter sometimes but I have learnt with all your help to block them out and breath slow .

Hope your all enjoying the nice weather if your getting the sun .

Yes all good at the moment thanks Yvonne... Had a few Rocky weeks after the ablation and some anxiety issues recently but I am having a much better QOL overall 😊 take care .....

You to Hope all is well with you I have a very bruised finger at moment Nice kind resident liked it so much he wouldn't leave go lol Three weeks now and it still keeps bruising up as day goes on Guess that's the apixaban for you Going doctors to check

Yes, I’m finally back at work (after a year off) working 3 days a week and loving it. I need to make sure I don’t overdo things and end up back at square one.

So true I start back on my three on three off beginning of next month Have gradually gone from 20 hours a week back to full time Take things slow and I try not to stress about getting everything done before my shift ends We have to think about our selves also now I also make sure I drink plenty fluids in this warm weather

Would like to say about your pip, please do reconsideration and then tribunal, there is a high chance when you get to tribunal stage that you will get it and they backdate to the date you filled your forms in.

Yes thank you Vonnie AF is stable and Vit D deficency much improved.

So glad I take my vitaminD every four weeks
