Post ablation - healing ? U wave?

Hi everyone, I am 4 1/2 months post ablation. And post cardioversions ( 2). It’s been lots of a fib a fair amount of 130+ up-and-down but in the last week I’ve seen some normal ECG. It looks like there’s three waves at times that would mean a “U” wave ? not sure what that means anyone? Can healing occur this late?

We think three to six months is normal as we say in our fact sheet on recovery so quite possible.

Can someone send me a link to the fact sheet please ? I have gone on the website but have been singularly thick in finding it. Just over four months since my Ablation for Flutter and now six weeks since my Cardiologist stopped all my meds, I still don’t feel right yet. Kardia’s are all normal and sinus rhythm all the time...just odd sensations. Woke up a couple of times when I was skiing before Christmas trying to catch my breath (I appreciate the hotel was at 6,000 feet). But similar sensation last week when I dozed off on a flight to Seville. Even the ectopics are less noticeable.
