Bob and Jeans Late Breakfast - Exeter

Just to confirm that all is going ahead as planned on Wednesday 26th September at the Mecure, Rougemont Hotel in Queen St, Exeter, EX4 3SP, tel [phone]. It's almost opposite Exeter Central railway station, turn to the left as you leave the station. From the main shopping street, it's down the road at the side of M&S and on the left hand side a little way down. They do have 26 parking spaces which cost 5 pounds for the day which are let on a first come first served basis.

We have about 20-22 people coming along and I would ask if you could all please be at the hotel before 10.45am. They serve coffee in the foyer if you get there very early.

If you can't make the date now, would you please let me know.

Sadly as Barnstaple train doesn't get in till 10:58 if on time even I will have to take one of those car park spaces! Aim to leave here about 9 so should be there about 10 15 in case of difficulty parking.

The Guildhall car Park is also very near. Probably a lot cheaper as you pay by the hour.

My train arrives at Exeter Central at 10.19, so I should be at the hotel soon after. Please look out for me, I don't want to go approaching a man who's nothing to do with our get- together and asking are you Bob!

In Sorrento Italy at the mo but will be back in time. Haven’t been to one of these meet ups before but would be nice to put faces to names! There’s no train station in Wells so will probably be driving but aim to get there early. AA routefinder says 1.5 hour journey time. Look forward to meeting you all. Val

If this is going to be a regular venue may be able to fit this in with a west country visit another year. Have stayed at this hotel en route before .
