Well have to stay in blood thinners and still have to take diltiazem very happy with weight loss so far which is 1 stone 2pounds. I have 3 stone to go for healthy heart going back to St Barts in a year I do feel a lot better and walk and line dance a lot. Wanted to post this positive news with you all
