So it's not just good for AF.
I started taking magnesium citrate and feel energetic and sleep really sound now. I have PAF and although I'm not sure on the effect it is having on my heart as I am in the middle of changing meds due to side effects but definitely feel better since taking it.
I take it - without it I get terrible cramps in my legs first thing in the morning. I saw the programme too, very interesting - thank you for the link.
Counter indicated if taking anything for high blood pressure. Bisoprolol is used also for high blood pressure, indeed I think that is it's more common usage rather than suppressing AF. Should we be taking both?
As soon as I was diagnosed with AF my Cardiologist recommended 400 MG daily. I have kept this supplementation up for 5 years.
Dr Sanjay Gupta recommends Magnesium Taurate are there any comparitive studies or advantages/ disadvantages. I know the magnesium debate rumbles on. Why is it contraindicated in hypertension?
