Hi all, I have read with interest that some people have taken the supplement Magnesium Phosphate as a bolt on to their prescribed medication. I was just wondering if taking this supplement is a widely accepted practice or should i proceed with caution.... your views would be much appreciated. Cheers Dave.

I know there are some people on here who take it and Doctor Sanjay Gupta has a video about it on YouTube, but it might be a good idea to get some advice from your GP first in case there are interactions with the medication you're taking. Stay well.

Many people take a variety of magnesium based supplements but general advice to to discuss any such ideas with your medical team whoever that may be.(GP or EP.) Too much magnesium can be detrimental to health so be careful.
