Hello All, I'm very confused regarding which magnesium I should. I've read that some of people even have their magnesium on prescription. My question is what type of magnesium supplement is best?

Understandably confused, first its which magnesium (i.e. which compound), which supplier (some have a better reputation than others), which absorbs best (Vit D evidently increases this) and powder or spray-on (spray if sensitive stomach).

I think I was lucky as my hi profile Naturopath said use Nutri Mega Muscleze with a complement of CoQ10 - the Muscleze has got Taurine and VitD in as well as loads of other things good for the heart, check it out with professional advice
