Good news but please don't over do things. It takes at least three months for the heart to fully heal so be gentle with it.

Being a good girl bit of walking on treadmill bit of light cycling and not normal program. Like you I am judging my heart by my groin bruising.

I have also just don't a two hour walk to see the baby seals at hemsby near great yarnouth. Not a blip in sight
