Since starting Nubeqa in January my PSA has dropped to 0.02. The lowest personal value, ever. I had been, and have continued taking Lupron Depot. PSA was rising with the Lupron alone.
My question is can I stop for a bit? Say no Lupron shot in July and no Nubeqa until PSA rises? I loathe Lupron. My hemoglobin and albumin are down. I’m just lazy. Hate it.
I can’t find any trials with intermittent ADT+Nubeqa. Anyone have experience or opinion?
In the EMBARK (ADT+ Erleada) and PRESTO (ADT+Xtandi) protocols in recurrent men, their vacations lasted 20-25 months. I would guess the same would apply to ADT+Nubeqa:

I ‘m on Nubeqa alone after stopping Orygx. My cousin has been doing the same for over two years and is also doing fine. I just switch ed at the end of January from the combination
