Nuclear medicine doctor says there is no new spots and scan shows treatment went where it should go

He says not to be worry this can happen

It is supposed to happen when prostate cancer cells die.

Hi !

Had one after my first infusion. 10 days after first infusion my PSA increased to 9.8 from 5.8 and then 2 weeks after that, before second infusion, the PSA had dropped to 2.26

After my 3 cycles, and before my IMRT with WPRT, the PSA had come down to 0.69

I had the same thing happen to me. Dr. said only that he will continue to watch but no change in treatment at the moment.
