Interesting article about how PCa stem-like cells (PCaSC) are behind development of castration resistance and interaction with ADT timing/duration. It is a bit dense but I like the aspect of response predictiveness helping guide best treatment with outcome improvements. No new drugs or fancy scans needed. If this pans out it should arrive in clinics near all of us soon.
