Get well soon! Real chicken soup made with a carcass simmering for hours will help. Mushroom soup will help boost your immunity -- tricky little things -- those fungi!

If you are taking ibuprofen or whatever for discomfort a cup of black coffee will be helpful. This is tidbit of knowledge is from a doctor friend. There was a drug manufactured named APC. The acronym stood for aspirin, Percocet and caffeine. Why was caffeine part of the mix? Simply because caffeine magnifies the effect of the pain killers.
