Dad failed Zytiga, Docetaxel, Pluvicto, Cabazitaxel. He has extensive bone metastases. What’s left? Any other options?

Any Hope?

- have you talk about clinical trials? Please ask recommendation
- recent clinical data for Xtandi + LYNPARZA look promising
- Xofigo® (radium Ra 223 dichloride
- Did he respond well to Docetaxel ? If yes may be try again
Cabozantinib with Atezolizumab could improve outcomes for patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).

He does not have any genetic mutations. Would this still work?
I am afraid to answer this questions However I do believe it should work base on this sample data
A total of 101 pts were randomized to C (n=51) and C+A (n=50); median age was 70 y in both groups, 75%/72% had bone mets, 20%/24% had liver mets, and 31%/24% received docetaxel for mCSPC. ORR by BIRC (Table) and investigator (C: 20%, 95% CI, 10–33; C+A: 22%, 95% CI, 12–36) were similar between groups
Thank you! He has been battling this awful cancer for 20 years. I hate that there is no cure.
How's his blood work? Dr refer him or enroll him in clinical trials like AMG 509, ARX517 or 177Lu-TLX591
AMG 509 :clinicaltrials.gov/study/NC...
ARX517 : clinicaltrials.gov/study/NC...
177Lu-TLX591 : clinicaltrials.gov/study/NC...
Please find nearest locations and call them. You can also enroll without doctors referral.
I did for ARX517 and I am happy with result.
Has he considered the metabolic approach to cancer? That’s what we are starting with my dad right now. Can’t speak to its effectiveness yet but it’s an interesting approach that can be done along with other treatments or alone.
It uses different repurposed meds and supplements off label to try to block the different pathways cancer can grow and spread using.
Which type of repurposed meds?
-Docetaxel again but with Mebendazole + Black Cumin Seed Oil with a high Thymoquinone content (there's published research showing these help Docetaxel work more effectively)
-Zinc & Clioquinol combo
-Dostinex or Bromocriptine treatment to reduce prolactin and hopefully slow down mCRPC, L-Dopa or Vitex with standardized agnuside content if the doctor won't give you a script
-Ivermectin at higher doses
-Full extract cannabis oil (FECO)
-CBD and CBG
-Turkey Tail mushroom extract with minimum 25% beta d-glucan
-Methylsulfone (MSM or methylsulfonylmethane) at 20g/day or more in divided doses (see Dr. Joan Caron's research on this)
You can Google these to see the rationale behind each one, and either research or anecdotal evidence. This won't be enough for some people, but you don't have time in your situation to wait around for someone to get 30 million$ together for large-scale human trials of these therapies (if they ever decide to at all).
Here is a link to a pdf copy of a book summarizing the approach we are using: imahealth.org/wp-content/up....
Chapters six and seven describe the repurposed meds/supplements the most. Specifically Page 68 gives a summarized list of them and page 72 shows the pathways they each are supposed to work on. You can buy this book on Amazon too for fairly cheap if you like the hard copy.
Another book that describes a similar approach is How to Starve Cancer by Jane Mcelleland. Also you can look up Peter Seyfried on YouTube. I believe he’s one of the pioneers of this approach too.
Its’s a good idea to work with an integrative practitioner who can prescribe the meds and monitor bloodwork and tests etc to make sure it’s safe and to monitor side effects and make sure you’re using safe dosages etc.
Please check your blood prolactin and albumin. Avoid consuming foods containing iron, calcium, and high sugar. High prolactin, iron, and ferritin cause resistance to treatment
Have you checked out Sam Shepherd & AlaVasta? Safe to use with conventional treatments
I reduced small mets using heat, lycopene, and magnets. You might try but I think you are dealing with large tumors and bone mets which might be extensive.
We have started doing regular sauna and have an infrared heat mat at home. Hyperthermia seems beneficial.
May I ask- why you attribute any of the metastatic eduction to the magnets, heat and lycopene, if you are also taking Lupro? How are you able to determine which, if any, of these )other than the Lupron) have provided you with the beneficial result you have achieved?
Always hope and most of all faith and prayer. jeccr.biomedcentral.com/art...
Check out Dr Makis substack. Repurposed meds with antidotal successes supposedly.
try fenben and read psa hoax book
Let me get this straight based upon what's posted here on H.U.
Currently your Dad is 74 years old and was diagnosed with cancer in the 1970's which means he was approximately in his mid 20's when he started cancer treatments.
Jshaw916•4 years ago I have been a lurker on here for awhile. My dad has metastasized prostate cancer. He had his prostate out before 2000. Not exactly sure when. It was outside the prostate bed. Gleason score 6. He had cancer back in the 70’s and was given a lot of radiation so he can never have radiation again.

My dad who is 70 has been on Zytiga/Pred since September 2020. He has been on Zoladex for 9 years.
My point in all of this is to show that your dear Dad has been a fighter " Of A Cancer" when he was in his 20's and is still fighting until this day when he's 74 years old.
That's approximately 50 years of fighting Cancer. He deserves all the respect and adoration that a fighter should get.
SO GOD BLESS YOU Mr. Jshaw916.
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

correct. He had testicular cancer in his mid 20’s
There are things. Since I have done it and talk to others in my hospital group. DM me. Don't give up.
