Erleada is costing 17K plus per month now. My insurance company has taken the opportunity to say that since I have enlisted in Medicare Part A and Part B and haven't coordinated my benefits (COD) then they aren't paying. wow.
Due to having my own policy Medicare is definitely my primary. My other policy is secondary. My insurance has been great up until recently. Who coordinates benefits with Medicare? Me or the Insurance company?
Also, I have found 240mg samples available of Erleada. I am currently on 4- 60mg tablets daily. Does it matter if you take 1 240 mg tablet vs. 4 60mg tablets?
Hoping to work out the insurance issues soon. But def in crisis mode!
Thanks guys

Sorry to chime in. But 17 k a month! it's 3800 $ Cdn per month here upn North before insurancekicks in , same product and quantities... Sorry , for the interruption. I am having insomnia..another Erleada side effect. Good luck with your insurance issues
None whatsoever. With some medications cutting them in half produces a variable dose in each half and is not recommended. Smaller doses added together are fine. Sorry if I misunderstood the question.
Maybe try getting a grant from the manufacturer. That's what I do with Xtandi that was 10,000 a month last I checked. My MO has a social worker that set it up for me. Unless your Super rich who could afford it?
