In 2019/2020 I was diagnosed with a high-risk PC, Gleason Score 4+5=9 and and iPSA 8,02, Pi-RADS 5, and a cT3a N0 Mx. My lab results as of 09.01.2025 were PSA<0.01, slowly coming down with the months and years after the TrueBeam radiotherapy four years ago.

Good news. You are very similar to my journey. On the journey for 6 1/2 years, "cure" (remission) now for me. In for monitoring blood tests next week.

Hello chefjlu. Please let us now how your blood test went. Have you actually been in the 0,0 area long?

I have been undetectable since late July 2022. That was when I started ADT in April 2022, had Salvage Radiation in May and June 2022. I went nearly 3 years following RP without any treatment. An increase in November 2021 led to PSMA Pet Scan, 1 spot positive in pelvic area, 1 spot non-definitive.

Congrats! Are you also on ADT?

Hello Carlosbach and thank you for your inquiry on ADT. Yes, I had a year of ADT and none since 2022.

Thank you Nusch. I wish you the same.

Positive thoughts have been my greatest help.

Congratulations! Hopefully you beat the beast. Your story sounds similar to mine. Currently 2 years post radiation and a few months past 24 months of ADT. PSA is still undetectable to this point with 3 month checks.

Congratulations to you too. We should consider ourselves very fortunate so far, but never to forget those who have not seen such outcomes. I am still quite cautious about being much too euphoric about my condition.

Keep monitoring.

Cheers
