Good news. You are very similar to my journey. On the journey for 6 1/2 years, "cure" (remission) now for me. In for monitoring blood tests next week.
Hello chefjlu. Please let us now how your blood test went. Have you actually been in the 0,0 area long?
I have been undetectable since late July 2022. That was when I started ADT in April 2022, had Salvage Radiation in May and June 2022. I went nearly 3 years following RP without any treatment. An increase in November 2021 led to PSMA Pet Scan, 1 spot positive in pelvic area, 1 spot non-definitive.
Congrats! Are you also on ADT?
Wonderful news, enjoy your weekend!
Congratulations! Hopefully you beat the beast. Your story sounds similar to mine. Currently 2 years post radiation and a few months past 24 months of ADT. PSA is still undetectable to this point with 3 month checks.
Not good. GREAT! L'chaim!
