After Orgovyx and Zytiga have failed is there any evidence Xtandi will help? Terry/Poollover

A question about Xtandi
It's not likely according to the Transformer trial comparing enzalutamide to BAT:
>In those patients who got enzalutamide initially, we had about a 20% response that lasted about three or four months. In the patients who got testosterone first and then enzalutamide, we had about an 80% response, and that lasted about 11 months.
Here's the discussion:
Yes, but not for very long. Simutaneous docetaxel may extend Xtandi's expected benefit, as in the PRESIDE trial.
Hello,
I did it the other way around. I was on Xtandi (enzalutamide) for approximately five years. When that started to fail my medical oncologist put me on Zytiga (abiraterone) plus Prednisone. That worked but only for about a year. While on the ARPI drugs I stayed on my ADT drug, Zoladex. I have been taking it since diagnosis, eleven and a half years, and probably will be taking it for the rest of my life. Start thinking about chemotherapy or a radioligand drug like Lutetium (Pluvicto). Good luck!
I read someone writing on this. I add that Xtandi worked for him for a long while after zytiga failed
There are truckloads of posts regarding Xtandi in our H.U. history file. Just search it and I would guess that you will find some answers to your question.
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

my husband had no discernible inprovement from Zytiga. He was switched to Xtandi & changed from Lupron to Orgovyx. He is stage 4 and almost 10 years into the fight and recently had his first undetectable PSA since right after RRP.
How about Nubeqa(darolutamide)? In my knowledge it is more effective than enzalutamide to block androgen receptors( pcancer cells).
