Anemia bad

MY PSA rose quickly to 16, after about a year it held fairly steady around one, using Orgovyx and Zytiga, It now has more than tripled in about a month. I think I should try Xtandi, even though I'm quite anemic. At 87 my MO feels I can't handle chemo. I agree. Any thoughts? Poollover

You can get Pluvicto if you can't get chemo.

Our experience with Pluvicto seriously increased the anemia.

That happened with me too anafter four njections during the eclipse trial. Hemoglobin plunged to 10 and has remained the last two years.

Is the cause of anemia determined? Can it be treated?
