Does anyone know if there’s a steroid that they can substitute for Pednisone during Docetaxel chemotherapy?

dexamethasone is often used with chemo.

If you have significant side effects frorm the steroid you can also just discontinue it and continue with chemo. Prescribed out of tradition but has rather little to add to efficacy. And remember chemo never "cures" prostate cancer completely, just beats it back and slows it down, which is good.

Decamethasone (Decadron). Take the night before, morning of treatment, an infusion just before getting the dose. You’ll have a steroid high for about 24 hours
