Prostate Specific Antigen Levels after Brachytherapy+Zytiga

My husband's prostate specific antigen levels came back at .11 after Brachytherapy and 3 months of ADT and one month of Zytiga. Wondering what a good number should be right now? He is getting 25 rounds external radiation starting Monday for 5 weeks 5 x a week. I am hoping it'll go further down after that. When does he reach his nadir? Appreciate any input.

Please see my Bio. My PSA was similar and bounced around .1-.13 before slowly reaching <.05 while at the end of ADT and Zytiga and post Brachy and EBRT. 1year after stopping ADT and Zytia PSA is hovering between .05 and .07. I hope this helps.

It really is different every person. My husband, after 7 years of treatment, has never gotten much below 1. And it was still at 25 after adt and chemo in the beginning. I'd see what his MO thinks.

Those PSA numbers are just fine. Good wishes with the remainder of the protocol.
