I’ve been given 4 months ADT holiday with no treatment Then more blood tests to see how things are going. I was finding it hard to concentrate when reading as I was so tired. I’m already feeling more awake after 2 days of stopping Abiraterone and my balance seems to be improving. Doing some gym work and plenty of cycling. It will take a few months before testosterone kicks in. It took Abiraterone to get the psa to undetectable levels. Thanks for all comments

Medical professionals are still in the ON - OFF control era. Proportional control has still not been discovered. You just don't stop the treatment. Lower dosage to the minimum effective one.
Good luck on your vacation. Try to step up your workouts. You'll feel even better.
Happy days are here again......... Unhappy daze are gone. Take your spouse to dinner..... oh you're in England, never mind the dinner....
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
